Go to bed!

mexican pile-on, casserole, or whatever you want to call it.

depending on how many you are cooking for or what ingredients you like best, it's up to you

ingredients:
2lb hamburger
2 can black beans
1 box mexican rice
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can greed enchilada sauce
onion
corn tortillas
shredded cheese

brown hamburger meat with onion. i add season salt to my meat, but you don't have to. drain. layer casserole dish with corn tortillias. add hamburger/onion. add layer of cheese. add green sauce. if your dish is large enough, add second layer of tortillas. add black beans. add rice. add layer of cheese. add red sauce. bake @ 350 for thirty minutes or until cheese is melted AND center is hot. i didn't get to add the second layer of tortillas because my pan wasn't big enough. at work we add a third layer after the beans and rice. enjoy.

Mix for 15-22 minutes? Wow that is a long time. And whose buts are we adding in, I think you meant nuts.

That is neat if it all works out that way. Tells a great story.

What story does mexican pile-on tell?
